Shannon BoyerStudent Auditorium

Vision and preparation for your livestream is a no-brainer, right? Planning down to where your cameras will be set up and how, say stationary, on a dolly or on a gimbal, and the prepping for their angles...maybe? Setting up your switcher for the most efficient yet team friendly design and process..maybe not. Thinking about and planning ahead when setting up for your livestream has huge impacts on both your end product and your team. We'll discuss all of the options and layouts of your camera and switcher to set you and your team up for success with your live stream every time.

Shannon Boyer is the Creative Producer at Generation Church in Jupiter, FL. Starting in Pennsylvania, Shannon has recently made the move down south to the Sunshine State of Florida. After running her wedding photography business for over 10 years, she decided to follow her calling and make the jump into technical production and broadcast in ministry. Taking her years of working with people to capture their most important day, she uses that to transform how she sees the emotional impact of reaching people through the creative lens of broadcast. Holding tech roles with a high focus on broadcast and IMAG, telling the story of the live service, and creating a new view point to those watching from a far is her constantly evolving goal. She enjoys every aspect of working creatively in ministry but most of all loves to connect with people, and about anything. In her spare time, she’s discussing the Marvel Cinematic Universe or talking house plants, or her husband Jeff of 13 years and their two kids.
