Rob Flammang’s Story

God Is Good! This was a story we did with Rob as a set-up to the Recovery Ministry that Rob is now leading at Visalia First. Beautiful testimony of God’s redeeming grace, love and patience He has for all of us.

Louie Cruz – This Is My Story

The project required extra sensitivity because Louie was still suffering nightmares, ongoing counseling for past addictions and physical therapy. My goal wasn’t to have Louie re-live the accident but to glorify God through the circumstances that tried to overwhelm Louie and family – Eyes on the mountain or eyes on the mountain Maker.

Roser Church Tech Volunteer Recruiting

We use this occasionally as a promotional video to try and recruit tech volunteers.

Honestly, this was filmed using my google pixel phone, with some premiere pro filters, text and effects. I love how the sanctuary looks with the sun going through the stained glass, so I tried to incorporate that in the video.

Biggest challenge was making the action board top part to fall by itself without the whole thing knocking over. I didn’t have an extra hand at the time, so I just positioned the camera in a way to not show my own hand holding it up, then I let go. Pure luck finding the music to backtrack it. It was in YouTube’s audio library.

A Spiritual House … On Fire

This happened when we started our new sermon series. We are now kind of using it as a way to promote the new series. So it can work in either category; blooper or bumper!

Used Vaddio PTZ camera to capture. My biggest challenge in the moment was realizing we didn’t have a “We will be right back” slide I could throw it to, running through all the equipment in my head needed for a quick setup outside to continue the service, and just kind of being frozen in the moment not knowing whether to stop the stream or not… but it worked out and I’m thankful I didn’t stop recording!
