Heaven | Amanda Lewallen

We concluded a message series about Heaven with a worship night where this video served as the opener.

Amanda Lewallen, seen in this video, brought a poem she wrote inspired by the series to our worship director. We had her cut down the poem a bit for time and then had her come in to read it. We had planned on using multiple angles and movement but it all took away from the actual words of the poem. In the final edit we cut it down to this simple one take front-on shot and used the colors, overlays, and music to build with the poem in post.
