This project was dear to our film team’s heart as we were sent Lilyanah’s story two years prior, and we knew we wanted to tell her story. We tried three separate times to work her story into upcoming events, but each time we wound up going a different direction; until Easter of 2020. Our church’s theme was ‘Beauty From Ashes’, and Lilyanah’s story was just that. My team and I worked tirelessly for months writing, storyboarding, scheduling, and building everything for this shoot. Lorna’s Life Change Story

This video represents a difficult time one of our members had and a battle with depression along with the impact the ministry had on getting her to a better place mentally. This project was filmed by me in her home using a Sony A7iii and a few Aputure LED light panels.

Council Life Change

This project focused on one of our members who was battling cancer and how the ministry and members of the church had a positive impact on his life. This project was filmed with the Sony A7iii by Michael Yarborough.

This Is Us: Samuel Worden

Shot using a Canon 80D, Canon XA20, the Rode Wireless Go mic, and a couple of shop lights 🙂 We took our first attempt at a handful of testimony videos for a series we did in the fall of 2019. The video quality and such could be improved upon, but Sam’s testimony is one of the most powerful I’ve personally heard.

Michael bounced around the foster care system. End up in prison. Not adopting Michael was one of Tom’s biggest regrets. See how they all get a “Second Chance”.
