For this short, we used a Canon C200, Aputure lighting, and a Dana Dolly. The dolly was a great asset for this project as it helped us enhance the drama of the over-the-top series starter pitch, as well as the ensuing betrayal. Our biggest challenge was coming up with the video itself. We knew the series title was “Bondservant”, and that the pastor would love something in the spirit of a James Bond film, but had no idea how to do that and it be relevant to the text we would be covering during the series. That dilemma eventually sparked this idea, which our congregation loved! It’s not often you get to use humor for a series starter, so it was a lot of fun to create.
